There is a place for everyone in the Scottish Borders; bustling towns and picturesque villages, hills and moorland, agricultural plains and dramatic coastline.
The Scottish Borders offers a quality of life that has sadly disappeared from so many parts of our island.

Life is in balance and the quality of life is second to none. It is still possible to enjoy driving along open roads, walking in the fresh air, listening to birdsong and taking time to “stand and stare”.

Location & Transport:

The Borders is accessible to centres of commerce, being situated just one hour from Newcastle and Edinburgh International Airports.

Berwick upon Tweed Railway Station is on the doorstep (only 3 hrs 40 minutes to London Kings Cross) and a new railway is coming into the heart of the Borders, speeding the link to the Scottish Capital.
